Designed and crafted by a boat builder, his touch is evident throughout the house and was a feature in Fine Home Building. The house is full of curves and custom woodwork, curved wings surround a rectangular central tower, and nearly every room has an ocean view. The kitchen was entire custom-built; with countertops of laminated teak and walnut and cabinets of beaded fir. The round window was salvaged from an old mansion.
