Born and raised in Florida, Perrin’s journey eventually led her to New Hampshire, her husband’s home state. From her very first visit, she knew it was where she wanted to raise a family. Drawn to the region’s beauty, rich history, small-town feel, and proximity to both nature and major cities, Perrin is passionate about helping others discover the same sense of belonging she found here. Whether guiding young families toward their first home or helping clients find the perfect summer retreat, her goal is to connect people with spaces where they can truly thrive.
Perrin’s professional background is as polished as it is people-centered. She began her career in fine jewelry sales and repair, a high-end field that honed her eye for detail, her commitment to excellence, and her ability to build lasting trust with clients. Later, her work as an Events Assistant at the University of Austin, and subsequently in wedding coordination, showcased her initiative, adaptability, and professionalism. Known for being “two steps ahead,” Perrin has orchestrated complex events, anticipated needs before they arose, and brought clarity and composure to high-pressure moments. Her natural warmth, empathy, and grace put people at ease, making her a trusted guide in settings where both precision and human connection matter most.
Her love for homes runs deep. Growing up, she worked alongside her father on high-end renovations of historic homes on Amelia Island, sparking a lifelong appreciation for architecture, craftsmanship, and remodeling. Outside of real estate, Perrin enjoys rowing, cooking, and event planning. She loves creating experiences that bring people together—whether around a table, at a celebration, or in a new community.
