Nature envelops you with the sounds of loons and red winged blackbirds, as you sit on the sandy beachfront reading the latest novel or contemplating life as you paddle your kayak in the summer sun. The front yard is large and deep for volleyball or horseshoes. Grilling and cookouts are a must as everyone sits around the firepit swapping stories. Sit on the end of the dock with your toes in the water, or grab a late day nap in the enclosed porch. This is camp life in Maine! The camp has a newer roof and has been professionally jacked up and leveled with new posts underneath. The mini split is only a week old and will give you a burst of heat on some of the rainy mornings, or cool you down on the dog days of summer. The camp has a drilled well, septic, and a full time heat source that will help with any financing woes that you may have experienced. It comes partially furnished with a dock purchased in 2022. Roof done in 2022 Bring an overnight bag to closing because you can enjoy it right after closing. Maybe even convert one of the 5 bedrooms into an office and work lakeside listening to the loons and watching the local deer walk down your driveway!
