Tessa Fagin

Tessa Fagin brings a distinctive combination of private equity, operations, business development, and marketing experience to New Hampshire real estate. After graduating from the University of Vermont, she began her career in Boston’s legal sector before joining Ropes & Gray, one of the world’s leading global law firms. Working within the firm’s private equity practice, Tessa gained valuable experience in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment, sharpening her ability to think strategically, manage complex initiatives, and understand the many moving parts behind a successful deal. Tessa entered real estate in 2018 and quickly discovered an industry that brought together her entrepreneurial drive, creativity, and ability to connect with people. Her experience has since spanned marketing, operations, financing, development, and team building. In 2024, Tessa returned to New Hampshire and joined The Dow Group, where she specializes in luxury real estate marketing across the state. Her approach extends far beyond traditional property promotion, combining sophisticated strategy, creative direction, and thoughtful storytelling to position some of New Hampshire’s most exceptional homes.
